The NGO HUB Board of Directors is thrilled to welcome Shalini Prashar to the board as a new Director. Shalini brings her significant expertise in technology and digital innovation to support the growth and resilience of Yukon’s NGO community by supporting the development of the virtual HUB.

With a passion for outreach, and capacity building, Shalini has actively contributed to global initiatives, including her work with the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) and the Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI), where she played a key role in researching, organizing, and enhancing stakeholder networks focused on supporting climate resilience and sustainability.

Her experience in the tech industry, including AI-driven solutions, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce, allows her to integrate modern tools and strategies in the non-profit sector. She is committed to leveraging digital resources, fostering collaboration, and supporting NGOs in adapting to evolving challenges.

Beyond her role with the NGO Hub Society, Shalini is passionate about empowering organizations through innovation, and knowledge-sharing. She believes in strengthening Yukon’s non-profit ecosystem through effective resource management, digital transformation, and inclusive community engagement.
