A number of local professionals, from all sectors, support the community by making their knowledge available to members of the Yukon NGO Hub Society. These professionals provide confidential advice to help non-profit boards, staff or volunteers solve all kinds of problems they may encounter in the course of their work. This support can include advice ranging from HR and staff issues, conflict resolution, legal matters, risk management, financial reporting, and policies and procedures.

If you need confidential advice, you can communicate with us on this page. Here’s how it works:

1. Send an email using the contact us page, and he will ensure that all sensitive information is erased.
2. Your confidential email will be sent to 2-4 professionals.
3. The professionals will provide their ideas, suggestions, input, and solutions to the Hub executive director.
4.  The executive director will send back a combined email to you. (You will receive more than one answer.)
   
5. Expect 3 to 5 working days to receive an answer 

As a non-profit organization, we face many challenges with limited financial resources to hire professional advisors and more; this confidential service is intended to help volunteers, boards, and staff overcome those challenges.
